EXCHANGE / RETURN ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND DURATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Your exchange and refund requests regarding your online orders received domestically are accepted if the products are delivered to the official address below, within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

You can send us your requests for Exchanges and Refunds by filling out the Exchange / Return Form sent with your order in fully.
You can send your Exchange and Return products to us free of charge with the return code Domestic Cargo 832509056. We are unable to return requests for information about whether your exchange shipment has reached us due to the intensity of the orders. You can get this information from the cargo tracking pages of the relevant cargo company with the tracking code given to you.
Please note that shipments of products you wish to return or replace are your responsibility until the products arrive at DAMLA KÖKSAL - CLOU. Products requested for return or exchange must be returned with their unscruped and original package/accessories as sent. Products with product protection tape or product label removed will be assumed to have been used and the right to withdrawal will be waived, so acceptance of change and refund will not be possible.
Your exchange procedures will be completed by shipping your new product to you within 7 working days after your cargo arrives with the Exchange / Return Form. When we receive your return shipment, after reviewing the condition of the product, the Exchange / Return Form has been filled out and the reimbursement of the order price of all justified claims deemed appropriate will be completed within 10 working days. If your refund request is not appropriate, our team will contact you by a detailed e-mail.
