KKSL MİMARLIK İNŞAAT YAZILIM VE TEKSTİL TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment are received. Orders 850 TL and over will be shipped for free to Turkey within 7 working days.

Your cargo tracking number is received you when your package departs via SMS and E-mail. You can check your cargo status with this tracking number from the cargo tracking system. You can reach the tracking page by clicking here for the Domestic Cargo tracking page.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND DURATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Your refund requests regarding your online orders received domestically are accepted if the products are delivered to the official address below, within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

You can send us your requests for Refunds by filling out the Return Form sent with your order in fully.

You can send your Return products to us free of charge with the return code Domestic Cargo 1062577528. We are unable to return requests for information about whether your return shipment has reached us due to the intensity of the orders. You can get this information from the cargo tracking pages of the relevant cargo company with the tracking code given to you.

Please note that shipments of products you wish to return are your responsibility until the products arrive at KKSL MİMARLIK İNŞAAT YAZILIM VE TEKSTİL TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Products requested for return must be returned with their unscruped and original package/accessories as sent. Products with product protection tape or product label removed will be assumed to have been used and the right to withdrawal will be waived, so acceptance of refund will not be possible.

When we receive your return shipment, after reviewing the condition of the product, the Return Form has been filled out and the reimbursement of the order price of all justified claims deemed appropriate will be completed within 14 working days. If your refund request is not appropriate, our team will contact you by a detailed e-mail.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED
